In 1992, I went for a sweat lodge ceremony my friend Mia was organizing. A sweat lodge ceremony is always preceded by preparatory work. The wood for the fire needs to he hauled, the stones to be heated are carefully selected, prayer bags are made and so on. There were a couple of new faces in our group, but one young man kept catching my attention. Arthur (a pseudonym) was in his early twenties. He was well-built, blond hair, of a soft, warm character but a little shy. He did not talk that much. I could not help it, but every time I looked at him, I saw a mental picture of him, of being seated on a horse, as a medieval knight with a big sword on one side. I kept it to myself as I did not know what to think of it. The sweat lodge ceremony was a disaster. Normally the heat inside can get so hot that some participants need to leave the lodge while the ceremony is still going on. This time we did not even sweat. Nobody could figure it out. A couple of weeks later I visited Mia, and we talked about that sweat lodge. Again I mentioned the strange impression I had about Arthur. Mia confided me that the disaster of the sweat lodge was due to Arthur. Arthur was a new client of Mia (Mia does shamanic work) and he had problems in his life related to magic. He had been unaware that magic had been cast upon him by one of his friends. This friend was not a would-be magician, but a serious practitioner. The first time he started to worry about being a victim was when some unusual photos were taken of him. Mia showed them to me. I had seen photographs previously in which threads of light or slight haze appeared which had not been visible when the pictures were taken. These were indicative of aetheric energies. I had never seen any like the ones Mia showed me! Most of them were taken inside his house. Strings of clear white light were all over the place. They were attached to his body or aura. They would wind into different directions and disappear beyond the picture. Some showed more than one string attached to him. In one photo he is standing behind the kitchen counter, and the wall behind him shows through his body, as if he was half transparent! Mia had gotten some thirty photos from him. Arthur was not a con artist who might have double exposed them to obtain these effects. He was a honest and good person who was in serious trouble and was seeking help. He had asked to keep it quiet. Mia and I agreed that the strings of light were energetic attachments that his friend-magician had attached to him in order to rob Arthur of his life energy. You could call it spiritual vampirism. What had happened in the sweat lodge was, that his friend-magician had absorbed all the energy that was generated in the sweat lodge by using Arthur as a channel, sucking the energy through the light cords. The light cords are actually aetheric or astral energy cords. I told Mia about the mental picture I had had about Arthur. She was amazed. She said that Arthur had an obsession for the Templar knights. His room (he was still living with his parents) was filled with Templar symbols. He had a Templar outfit and even a big sword. He even wanted to show up in full attire at one of Mia’s activities. Luckily, Mia was able to persuade him not to do so. The Templars were a very particular organization in the Middle Ages. The Knight Templars were formed after the first crusade to capture the holy land. They were given the foundations of the ancient Temple of Solomon upon the tallest mount in Jerusalem and there they established their headquarters. For the first nine years, they dug beneath the ancient temple, excavating an ancient network of tunnels. It was said that the Ark of the Covenant might still have been underneath the ruins of the temple. It is thought that they found some ancient knowledge in their excavations that may have come from Egypt or even from the time of Atlantis. The Templars became extremely powerful over rather a short period, mostly thanks to the work of the priest Bernard de Clairaux, who introduced them to the pope, whom eventually made them answerable to only him. Upon their return to France, armed with what they had found, they grew strong in numbers, gathering great amounts of gifts in lands and titles as well. Noblemen flocked to join the ranks of these knights, they would grant their own lands to the order in the spirit of the brotherhood. After two hundred years of occupying the holy land, they were ousted by the Saracen’s who proceeded to push them all the way back to Europe, via the Mediterranean islands of Cyprus and Malta. Because of their wealth king Philip of France conspired with the Pope and brought many charges upon the knights, including heresy. However, the Templars’ fleet (which was greater than any nation) managed to escape just in time from France with all their wealth stowed on board, and was never again to be seen in Europe.
Arthur was obviously still strongly connected to his past life as a Templar knight. Furthermore, he still had some strong ties with another person of that time period with whom he used to be engaged in magic. It is known that the Templars were practicing magic. Some karma still had to be worked out between them.
